Do you accept Purchase Orders?
We gladly accept Purchase Orders from schools and other educational institutions. Please contact us here to initiate a Purchase Order.
What about checks?
We also accept checks for our physical workbooks. Please e-mail us for the order form and instructions.

Where are my purchases?
After you purchase a digital workbook, you will receive an email with information on how to download the workbook within minutes.
What device should I use to download the digital workbook?
Download the digital item onto your computer (desktop, laptop).
What if I'm having trouble downloading a workbook?
Wait a few minutes and try refreshing your browser. Issues with downloading might be caused by a temporary connection issue or a browser problem. If you're continuing to experience difficulty, please contact us here.
What are PDF documents?
Our digital workbooks are in the form of PDF documents, which is a standard format for sharing electronic documents. You need Adobe Reader to view and print PDF documents. You can download the latest version of Adobe Reader for free here.
What if my PDF won't open?
1. Allow the file to completely download before opening it.
2. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.
If you are opening the file on a Mac, your computer will attempt to open the file with the default application Preview. However, Preview may not work with newer PDF files. Instead, you must open the workbook with Adobe Reader:
1. Right click the workbook file you downloaded.
2. Choose "open with"
3. Select "Adobe Reader"
How many times can I download a workbook?
You can download a workbook up to 3 times.
How can I purchase digital workbooks for my entire school or district?
Each digital workbook is intended for individual classroom or home use only. Additional licenses allow for the digital workbook to be used in multiple classrooms.
Who made your covers?
Our awesome covers were made by the incredible design team at Bee Things.
Where are your books made?
Our books are proudly printed and bound in the U.S.A. by the fine people at Edition One Books in Berkeley, CA.
How do you ship Math Boosters?
We ship Math Boosters via USPS Media Mail. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. You should receive your workbook in 2 - 8 days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship domestically throughout the United States.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
With the exception of duplicate purchases, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital items.
A full refund is offered for physical workbooks returned within 30-days of receipt of shipment. Physical workbooks must be in new condition. Returns must be processed with a trackable shipping service. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
